Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spinach, washed and stems removed
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
    3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
    1 avocado, peeled and sliced (optional)
    6 large mushrooms, sliced
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. honey
    1/8 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. white wine
    red onion rings
    1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine spinach, bacon, eggs, avocado, and mushrooms.
    In another bowl or jar, combine oil, vinegar, honey, etc. (except red onions) and mix well.
    Pour over greens just before serving and toss well.
    Garnish with onion rings.
