Holiday Nut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 lb. caramels, unwrapped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. water
    6 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine Marshmallow Creme and vanilla in mixing bowl and stir with mixing spoon; gradually stir in sugar.
    Knead until well blended and shape mixture into 4 rolls, about 1-inch thick in diameter; wrap in plastic and freeze 6 hours.
