Chocolate Saltine Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    saltines
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Line jelly roll pan with foil.
    Cover with saltines, salt side up.
    Boil butter, sugar and vanilla for 3 minutes, until syrupy. Pour over saltines.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes, until foamy and bubbly.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips over.
    When melted, spread like icing.
    Sprinkle broken pecans or coconut on top and spread into chocolate.
    Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or freeze 1 to 2 hours and crack into pieces.
