Margaret'S Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 c. celery, sliced thin
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small diced onion
    2/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    2 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
    1 c. bread crumbs, mixed with melted butter
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together.
    Use broth from chicken to cook rice.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs and almonds over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
