Michele'S Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    4 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Put potatoes in pan; cover with water.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; drain.
    Melt margarine.
    Mix 2 tablespoons with crumbs. Add flour and seasonings to remaining margarine.
    Gradually stir in milk, blending until smooth.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Layer potatoes and sauce in a casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top; garnish with parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until tender.
