Linguini White Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 cans chopped, cooked clams
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 lb. linguini
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    salt to taste
    pinch of Italian seasoning
Preparation
    In large skillet, slightly brown garlic in oil or butter.
    Add liquid from clams and tomato sauce.
    Bring to a boil, add clams and season with salt and pinch of Italian seasoning.
    Add garlic to taste, let simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Cook linguini in boiling water until tender, but firm.
    Serve sauce over linguini.
    Makes 4 servings.
