Hong Kong Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 green peppers, cored and sliced into julienne strips
    1 medium onion, peeled and cut in thin slices
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 c. cooked julienne beef strips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods (can use broccoli)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. beef broth
    2 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Heat oil in wok or a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
    Add first 4 ingredients.
    Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
    Add next 4 ingredients, stirring for 3 minutes.
    Serve over hot, cooked rice. Yields 4 servings with 352 calories per serving.
    Preparation time is 30 minutes.
