Tomato-Peach Conserve(Yields 160 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large peaches
    12 large tomatoes
    6 c. sugar
Preparation
    Scald peaches and tomatoes in boiling water in saucepan. Remove skins and cut into pieces.
    Combine with sugar in large, heavy saucepan.
    Cook for 3 hours or to desired consistency, stirring frequently with wooden spoon.
