Baked Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, cut in small pieces
2 partially cooked and grated carrots
1 small grated onion
1 c. pimento (optional)
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. herb stuffing mix
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz (optional)
Preparation

Combine butter and stuffing mix.
Mix 1/2 with other ingredients and put in baking dish, 9 x 12-inch.
Add the rest of the stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
