Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    dill relish
    mayonnaise
    mustard
    onions (optional)
    3 eggs
    celery
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, dice small, rinse and bring to a boil.
    Add salt.
    Potatoes are done when fork goes through with ease. Drain the water; let potatoes cool.
    Mix in diced onion, celery, eggs, relish, 2 heaping spoons of mayonnaise,
    a little mustard and pepper.
    May use paprika for color.
    Serve chilled.
