Favorite Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    3 bacon strips, fried and crumbled
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a bowl mix together the eggs, onion, bacon, salt, pepper, mustard and mayonnaise.
    Mix until creamy.
    Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and roll each in the Cheddar cheese.
    Cover the balls and refrigerate until served.
    Yields 25 appetizers.
