Heavenly Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

chicken parts
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (9 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Preparation

Place chicken pieces in a roasting pan.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour over chicken.
Marinate for several hours or overnight, turning once.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until nicely browned.
Baste occasionally.
Serve with rice.
Freezes well.
