Hominy Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    4 cans hominy, golden
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain well.
    Mix all ingredients in heavy sauce pan.\tHeat over medium-high heat until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    A can of cream soup can be added to make the meal go further.
