Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Wash potatoes, leave skin on, and cut in wedges.
    Mix flour, salt, chili powder, cheese, onion salt, and pepper and put in a bag and shake.
    Add potato wedges a few at a time and shake to coat with flour mixture.
    Melt margarine in oblong pan.
    Place wedges in pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
