Apple Oatmeal Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tart apples, peeled and sliced
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter or substitute
Preparation
    Place apples in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Combine brown sugar, butter, oats, flour and cinnamon.
    Mix until crumbly and then press firmly over the apples.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Serve with cream, plain or whipped.
