Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thinly sliced chicken breasts
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto
1/8 lb. Provolone cheese
4 Tbsp. butter/margarine
1 1/3 c. Marsala wine
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. black pepper
olive oil
Preparation
-
Dust chicken with flour and sprinkle each piece with the garlic and pepper.
Set aside.
Saute mushrooms in butter until semi-soft.
Set aside and reserve liquid.
In frypan, brown chicken until fully cooked, adding oil as necessary.
