Nutmeg Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Bring 1-inch of water to a boil.
Add all ingredients. Simmer, covered, 15 minutes or until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
