Pizza Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm (110~) water
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    approximately 4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, stir in oil, add flour and salt.
    Knead until smooth and not sticky.
    Grease bowl and flip dough.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Roll on floured board and put in pizza pan.
    Top with favorites and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crisp.
    Makes 2 round pizzas.
