Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
12 (6-inch) tortillas
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook onion, green pepper and 2 tablespoons butter until tender.
Combine cubed chicken and green chilies with onion and pepper.
Remove from pan and set aside.
