Angel Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. lukewarm water
    3 pkg. yeast
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and soda together.
    Cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast into water and add to flour.
    Stir in buttermilk. Knead with enough flour to make a workable dough.
    Roll out and cut.
    It does not have to rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    This dough will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
    You can cut out and put back in refrigerator before baking.
