Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry black beans, cooked (cook in pressure cooker 30 minutes)
    oil (for sauteing)
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2/3 c. raw brown rice
    5 to 6 c. stock
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    1 bay leaf
    2 peppercorns
    2 whole cloves
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. instant milk powder or 1/2 c. noninstant milk powder
Preparation
    Saute in pressure cooker the oil, onions, celery, garlic and rice.
    Add everything but milk and pressure cook for 10 minutes. Cool under cold running water.
    Blend milk powder with 1/2 cup of stock, then add to soup.
