Cynthia'S Turkey Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover cooked turkey, shredded into small pieces (good idea for that Thanksgiving turkey)
    2 cans mild enchilada sauce
    1 small can chopped green chiles, drained
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 small can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
    Rinse each can with 1/2 can of water each and pour into pan.
    Mix all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    Spoon mixture onto flour tortillas and serve with the following toppings:
    shredded Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream and so on.
