Apple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese (2 c.)
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 can sliced, unsweetened apples, drained
Preparation
    Cream the margarine and sugar.
    Add cheese and flour and mix well.
    In a greased 9 x 9-inch or 7 x 11-inch baking pan, layer the apples and the cheese mixture.
    Cover top with cheese mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
