Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 large can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 carton cottage cheese
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thaw spinach ahead
    2 eggs
    1 to 1 1/2 cans water or more
Preparation
    Cook beef until crumbly and lightly browned.
    Blend in mushrooms and liquid, tomato sauce and paste, oregano and water. Simmer 15 minutes.
