Vegetable Casserole(Great Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
1 pkg. frozen green beans, thawed
2 medium yellow squash, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Italian seasoning, separated
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese, separated
1 c. breadcrumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs, butter, 1/4 c. cheese and 1 tsp.
Italian seasoning.
Transfer to a casserole dish.
Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
Combine breadcrumbs and remaining Italian seasoning and sprinkle on top.
Drizzle butter over top.
Cover dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
