Wes' Chili With Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. whole tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
1 qt. water
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. onion soup mix
3 large fresh onions, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1/4 c. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
salt to taste
dash of pepper
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. sausage
1 qt. kidney beans
1 qt. bird egg beans
1 qt. pinto beans
Preparation

In large pot or Dutch oven, lightly brown hamburger, sausage and turkey over medium heat.
Drain and add onions, onion soup mix, celery and tomato items.
Bring to a slow boil; add remainder of spices and bring back to boil.
Cook for about 45 minutes at a slow boil.
Add 1 quart water and all beans.
Bring back to boil, cover and continue to cook slowly for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot with crackers and fresh corn bread.
Makes about 2 gallons.
