Round Steak Sauerbraten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed steak
    2 envelopes brown gravy mix
    1 envelope onion soup
    3 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown meat and remove.
    Put remaining ingredients in skillet and bring to a boil.
    Add meat.
    Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over hot buttered noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
