Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 heaping c. mashed pinto beans
1/2 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Blend sugars, eggs and butter until creamy. Add pinto beans and blend well. Pour into deep unbaked pie shell. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Delicious; tastes like pecan pie. Serve with Cool Whip. Serves 6 to 8 people.
