The Philadelphia Experiment - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    300 g Marguerites or any plain crunchy biscuit
    150 g butter
    200 g Philadelphia cream cheese
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 liter (1.1 pt.) cream
    1 pkg. vanilla sugar
    juice from 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
Preparation
    Crumble the biscuits (rub them through a sieve), then make a base by mixing them well with 150 grams melted butter.
    Press the base well in a buttered cake form (12-inch).
    Keep 2 tablespoons for later.
