Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2 to 3 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt. Cut shortening into dry ingredients until mixture resembles corn meal. Add ice water, one tablespoon at a time.
    Stir with fork.
    Form into a ball.
    Place on lightly floured surface and roll from center to edge until 1/8-inch thick. Makes one 9-inch pie shell.
