Homemade Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop pimentos and mix with cheese, mustard and mayonnaise. Allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Then put in refrigerator.
Keeps for a week.
