Mexican Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 medium onion
1 tsp. garlic or 1 clove
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato
cayenne peppers to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cans black-eyed peas
Preparation

Crumb and crown sausage.
Add onion and garlic.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
