Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small roast
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
potatoes
carrots

Preparation

Mix onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup. Pour over roast and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Put peeled carrots and potatoes in for the last 45 minutes. Cover while cooking.
(For larger roast, add another can of soup.)
