Mexican Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags yellow rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 to 3/4 c. water
    1 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook rice by package directions.
    Brown hamburger meat.
    Mix all ingredients, but save 1/4 cheese for top.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven; add cheese to top.
    Put back in oven for about 9 minutes.
