Chocolate Pound Cake Glaze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bar Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1/3 c. water
3 - 4 c. confectioners sugar
dash salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt chocolate bar and Crisco over low heat.
Beat sugar into mixture until enough sugar is added for somewhat thin spreading consistency.
Add salt and vanilla.
Spread quickly over cake before glaze hardens.
Hint:
add more sugar to thicken, add hot water to thin mixture.
