Mushroom Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of Tabasco
    1 loaf thin sliced bread
Preparation
    Saute the first 2 ingredients in butter for 2 minutes. Take off heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cream cheese. Stir into mixture until melted and smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and Tabasco. Set aside for 1 hour.
