Easy No-Crust Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1/2 c. plain flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat milk, eggs and vanilla together.
    Add to flour and sugar; mix, then add margarine and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased pie pans.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes its own crust.
    Very good!
