Apricot Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. apricot gelatin or 2 small
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 can mandarin orange sections
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Do not drain pineapple or oranges.
    Dissolve gelatin with hot water.
    Add fruit.
    Chill until slightly firm.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Oil mold and pour into mold.
    Chill overnight.
    Serves 12.
