Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 303) can asparagus
4 hard-cooked eggs
2 cans mushroom soup
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can pimento
3 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Grease casserole dish.
Add a layer of cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Place a layer of asparagus, then a layer of grated cheese, then a layer of sliced hard-cooked eggs and pimento strips, a layer of mushroom soup, then another layer of cracker crumbs.
Alternate as listed until casserole is filled.
Save enough cheese to make top layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until topping is brown.
