Deep Fried Cheese Bits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread crumbs
    flour
    hard cheese
    heavy cream
    oil
Preparation
    Cut cheese into bite-size cubes.
    Dip each cube in flour, cream and then bread crumbs.
    Repeat.
    (Be sure to have a heavy coat of bread crumbs, otherwise the cheese will leak out during cooking.)
    Heat oil (about 2-inches deep) in fondue pot and cook cubes until golden brown.
