Baked Crabmeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crabmeat
3 eggs, separated
1 c. soft bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. melted butter or margarine
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. minced celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix crabmeat, beaten egg yolks, crumbs and melted butter and all seasonings.
Blend thoroughly.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and turn into well greased casserole.
Place casserole in pan of water and bake in moderately hot oven, 375 for 25 -30 minutes.
May be served with sauce.
