Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced thin
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. oregano, basil or dill weed
Preparation

Scrub and slice potatoes.
Peel and slice onion.
Melt margarine.
Mix herb and melted margarine.
Put potatoes in crock-pot.
Layer top with onions.
Pour margarine and herb mixture over potatoes.
Cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
