Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Quick Mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 eggs
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Butter pie plate.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool. Serve warm.
