Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 small onion, chopped (optional)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese (or cottage cheese)
    4 eggs
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into an oblong baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
