Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted oleo
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix potatoes, salt, pepper, onion and shredded cheese.
In another bowl, mix melted oleo, sour cream and cream of chicken soup.
Pour over potatoes and mix.
Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup oleo and sprinkle over top of potatoes.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
