Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heaping Tbsp. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. coconut
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together; add milk, water and egg yolks. Mix and microwave for 3 minutes.
    Stir and microwave 2 minutes at a time until filling starts to thicken, stirring after each 2 minutes.
    Add coconut and flavoring; microwave 2 minutes.
    Add margarine and microwave 2 minutes at a time until thick.
    Pour in baked deep pie crust.
