Japanese Fruitcake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 pastry shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add other ingredients to beaten eggs. Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
