Baked - Stuffed Scrod - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. cod fillets
2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper seasoning
parsley and paprika
Preparation

Crumble crackers in medium sized bowl.
Add melted butter and spice.
Mix together.
Place fish fillets in baking dish.
Spread cracker mixture evenly over fish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes.
