Breakfast Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
8 weenies
3 sausages (hot or mild)
4 slices cheese (your choice)
2 c. rice (precooked)
Preparation

Cut up weenies into small portions.
Fry lightly brown.
Cut up sausages into 1-inch pieces.
Fry.
Remove.
Let drippings remain in pan.
Beat eggs together; put in drippings.
When almost done, put in cooked rice.
Stir, then add weenies and sausages, stirring together.
Lay cheese on top.
Cover with lid.
Cut off heat. Ready to eat when cheese is completely melted.
