Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream-style corn
2/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 green jalapeno peppers, seeds removed and chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese in order given.
Pour half of the mixture into hot, well-greased iron skillet.
Sprinkle half the cheese over batter.
Add remaining batter and top with the rest of cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
